Frequently asked questions
The answers most families are looking for before trusting us with their application.
What is the difference between the 1-application and 3-application packages?
With the 1-application package you get the tools and the information to build your file yourself. With the 3-application package we assemble, translate and file the applications for you. The first is an information and tooling product; the second is a done-for-you service.
Why is the 5-application package €1,399?
It covers the whole chain, from applying to settling in Romania. The difference against the 3-application package pays for accommodation, on-the-ground administrative support (residence permit, bank account), the additional applications filed, intensive interview preparation (5 sessions), airport pickup and the free second application. Bought separately, those services cost more.
Do your prices include university fees?
No. Tuition fees (typically €5,000 to €7,500 a year depending on the university and the programme) are paid directly to the university. Our packages cover only the application and settling-in support. Our budget simulator helps you plan for those fees.
Are there hidden fees?
No. None. That is a contractual commitment. The price you see is the price you pay. If an additional service becomes necessary along the way, we tell you before incurring a single euro of cost.
What does the “application accepted” guarantee mean?
If a file we assembled and filed is rejected on procedural grounds (missing document, non-compliant translation, an administrative error of ours), we correct it and file it again at no extra cost. The guarantee does not cover a rejection on academic grounds, which is the admission board’s sovereign decision.
What if I am not admitted?
With the 5-application package you have maximized your chances across five universities. With the 3-application package we apply the "application accepted" guarantee: if a file is rejected on procedural grounds, we rework and re-file it at no cost. With the 1-application package you have every tool needed to apply again independently. In every case, we analyze the reasons for the refusal with you and advise on the best strategy for the next round.
Do you work with every Romanian medical university?
We support applications to the 6 universities that recruit English- and/or French-speaking students: UMF Cluj-Napoca, UMF Carol Davila Bucharest, UMFST Târgu Mureș, Ovidius University of Constanța, UMF Iași and UMF Timișoara. We can also point you towards other faculties depending on your profile.
Do you cover dentistry and pharmacy?
Yes. The admission procedure is similar to general medicine, with some programme-specific requirements. Our packages cover general medicine, dentistry and pharmacy. Get in touch for a personalised assessment.
